Curve Color Tool for Maya (Python)

Tool features : Colors the shapes of selected curves. If you check the "hierarchy" option, it will apply the color to all curves in the selection's hierarchy.

The file is a Python script. Paste it in Maya's script editor and run it to launch the tool.

Tested in Maya 2020 and 2022 (but should be compatible with all Maya versions)
